Roles At Brighter Path
Registered Behavior Technicians
Work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Implement personalized behavior plans, support skill development, and track progress through data collection.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Lead treatment planning, provide supervision to RBTs, and collaborate closely with families to ensure effective and compassionate care.
